Regional Business Manager (RBM) – Animal Feed/Cattle Feed (Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh)

📍 Locations:

  • Haryana: Rohtak, Karnal
  • Rajasthan: Jodhpur/Udaipur, Ganganagar
  • Madhya Pradesh: Jabalpur

  • Uttar Pradesh: Varanasi, UPW & UK
  • Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Development:
    • Explore potential markets for cattle feed.
    • Build and maintain a robust distribution network in targeted regions.
    • Monitor purchase and sales channels of partners.
    • Analyze competitors’ activities and create awareness among customers to boost the brand value and market share of Cattle Feed.
  • Distributor Management:
    • Identify, appoint, and develop distributor channels.
  • Team Management:
    • Recruit and manage team members across various locations aligned with the company’s vision.
    • Set sales targets for individual Sales Officers (SOs) and the overall team.
    • Focus on team members to ensure they achieve their targets.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Maintain and increase the sales of the company’s products.
    • Achieve regional sales targets and goals.
    • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
    • Service the needs of existing customers and develop new business opportunities through various market routes.
    • Possibly handle key customer accounts directly.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance sales performance.
    • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Suggest and execute brand promotional activities.
  • Financial Management:
    • Meet regional sales financial objectives by:
      • Forecasting requirements.
      • Preparing annual budgets.
      • Scheduling expenditures.
      • Analyzing variances.
      • Initiating corrective actions as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Agri-Business or a graduate degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Animal/Cattle Feed, Veterinary Pharma (Cattle), Pesticide, Fertilizer Agriculture Products Sales.
  • Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years in a large team lead or managerial role.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of Animal Feed/Cattle Feed/Pashu Aahar products.
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: Upto ₹9 LPA or (Negotiable based on the candidate’s current or last drawn salary)
  • Variable Pay: Up to ₹3 LPA
  • Travel Allowance (TA): ₹8 Per KM
  • Daily Allowance (DA): As per actuals
