Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer to manage and expand Poultry Feed (Broiler/Layer) sales in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong dealer networks, and organizing field activities to promote product awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Broiler and Layer Poultry Feed in the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and large poultry farmers.
• Organize technical seminars, farmer meetings, and promotional activities in coordination with the technical team.
• Continuously explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities to increase market share.
• Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Poultry Feed Sales / Chicks Sales
• Age Limit: Up to 40 yeras.
• Compensation: Up to ₹6.00 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)
