Technical Responsibilities:

• Disease Management: Diagnose and treat diseases in layer and broiler poultry birds.
• Technical Services: Provide technical support to poultry farmers and key clients.
• Customer Engagement: Persuade customers to use high-quality poultry feed to maximize profits.
• Farmer Education: Conduct meetings with dealers and farmers to educate them on modern farming techniques related to animal health, biosecurity, poultry farm management, and company product promotions.
• Performance Reporting: Provide daily updates on feed performance to management.
• Customer Retention: Retain and persuade existing customers to continue using the company’s products.
• Sales Team Training: Provide technical training to the sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-8 years’ experience in diagnosing and treating diseases in both broiler and layer poultry birds. Must have excellent knowledge of poultry.
• Qualifications: MVSC or BVSC
• Age: Up to 40 years.
• Salary: Upto 12.00 LPA
• Location Flexibility: Willing to stay and travel extensively in rural areas.
