Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female candidate for the position of Sr. Sales Officer / Sales Officer to promote and sell Cattle Feed / Animal Feed in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales within the Feed, Agriculture, or Veterinary Pharma industries, with a strong focus on driving business growth through distributor development and customer engagement.

• Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell Cattle Feed products within the assigned region as per the company’s strategy and targets.
• Market Development: Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and large Dairy farmers to expand the market base.
• Operations Management: Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensure timely order booking, and coordinate deliveries with the backend team.
• Sales Growth: Consistently drive sales growth and support the expansion of the company’s product reach in the territory.
• Market Feedback & Reporting:
  • Share daily sales data and market intelligence with management.
  • Provide competitor insights, including pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Update the team with trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales of Fertilizers, Pesticides, Animal Feed, Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, or other Agricultural Products.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Salary: Up to ₹7.00 LPA + TA + DA
