Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas for the HRBP:
- Compliance & Policy Enforcement – Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local labor laws across all locations.
- Training & Development – Identify skill gaps and coordinate programs for employee learning and development.
- Industrial Relations (IR) & Statutory Compliance – Possess strong knowledge and experience in managing industrial relations issues, handling statutory requirements (such as PF, ESIC, etc.), and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
- Union Management – Experience in handling and negotiating with unions is advantageous, as the role involves maintaining harmonious relations with the workforce.
- Employee Engagement & Relations – Cultivate a positive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention – Oversee recruitment efforts for positions at the L1 level and below, while implementing strategies to retain top talent.
- Performance Management – Facilitate performance reviews, set goals, and develop tailored development plans for employees.
- HR Oversight – Manage HR functions across two units in Punjab and a third-party processor unit in Rajasthan.
- Support HR Activities for the Sales Team – Provide HR support to the Sales team as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: MBA (HR)
- Experience: 7-10 years in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Feed, or Agri-Products sectors
- Salary: Up to 8 LPA
