Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & marketing of Cattle Feed / Animal Feed (Pashu Aahar) in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets as per company goals.
• Conduct farmer meetings, technical seminars, and promotional activities to enhance product awareness.
• Expand dealer/retailer networks and engage with large dairy farmers to grow business.
• Manage daily sales operations: order booking, delivery coordination & payment follow-ups.
• Ensure consistent sales growth within the territory/region.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri-Business) or Graduate
• Experience: 7–10 years in sales of Animal Feed, Veterinary Pharma Sales.
• Eligibility: Male candidates, open to relocation for the role
• Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a managerial/team-lead role with strong product knowledge & strategic planning
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal abilities
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Compensation: Up to ₹12.00 LPA + TA + DA (or Negotiable based on experience & suitability)
