Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing of Poultry Feed (Layer & Broiler) across Odisha.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct farmer meetings, technical seminars, and promotional events to strengthen product visibility.
• Develop and expand dealer/retailer networks while engaging with key farmers to boost business.
• Oversee daily sales operations including order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
• Ensure consistent and sustainable sales growth in the assigned territory/region.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri-Business) or Graduate.
• Experience: 7–10 years in Poultry Feed (Layer & Broiler) sales.
• Leadership: Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity with proven expertise in product knowledge and strategic sales planning.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility: Male candidates willing to relocate for the role.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Compensation

Up to ₹12.00 LPA + TA + DA (negotiable based on experience and suitability).
