Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and marketing efforts for cattle/animal feed (Pashu Aahar), ensuring achievement of sales targets as defined by the organization.
• Organize and conduct technical seminars and farmer meetings in assigned territories to promote products and educate farmers on best practices.
• Develop new dealers, retailers, and large dairy farmers to increase sales volume and expand market reach.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing product and sales training to sales team members.
• Drive territory-wise sales growth, ensuring consistent market expansion and increased revenue.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Agri Business) or Any Graduate
• Experience: 5-10 years in Sales & Marketing (Animal Feed, Agriculture, Veterinary Pharma, Feed Additives, Feed Supplements, Fertilizer, Pesticides)
• Managerial Experience: At least 2 years in a team lead/managerial role
• Salary: ₹7.00 LPA or (Negotiable based on the candidate’s current or last drawn salary)+ ₹3.00 LPA (Variable)
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of Animal Feed/Cattle Feed/Pashu Aahar products
