Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing of Cattle Feed / Animal Feed (Pashu Aahar) in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the organization.
• Plan and organize farmer meetings, technical seminars, and promotional activities to boost product awareness.
• Develop and expand dealer/retailer networks and engage with large dairy farmers to grow business volume.
• Oversee daily sales operations, including order booking, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure continuous sales growth within the assigned territory/region.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing or Agri-Business) / Any Graduate
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in Animal Feed / Cattle Feed (Pashu Aahar) Sales.
• Eligibility: Specifically searching for local candidates from Haryana/Punjab, preferably those residing in or near the job locations or those who are willing to relocate to these areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, Team Management, Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Salary: Up to ₹12.00 LPA + TA + DA (as per experience & profile suitability)
• Working Area : Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Karnal etc.
